CLOG Today
CLOG Today is the official newsletter of CLOG, Inc. The newsletter is offered free-of-charge online at the CLOG website. Paid members of CLOG can receive a printed version via postal mail if having trouble accessing the online version (email clogtoday@clog.org).
Formal issues are released bi-monthly that contain clogging event recaps, tips and tricks for instructors and dancers, human interest stories, cue sheets and more. Additional online supplements (such as the most up-to-date Upcoming Event listings and On The Beat news snippets) are updated as news and submissions are received.

CLOG welcomes and encourages everyone (not just CLOG members) to submit news and articles. Since the purpose of CLOG Today is to share clogging news and unite cloggers worldwide, we rely upon cloggers and enthusiasts like you to contribute content for the newsletter.
We are interested in any clogging-related information you’d like to share, such as:
- Educational articles or quick tips (on topics such as teaching and choreography tips, studio management, finding a dance hall, hosting a clogging event, fundraising ideas, advertising tips, foot and shoe care, music technology trends, costume ideas, float decorating, building team spirit, etc.)
- Clogging workshop reviews and competition results
- Upcoming Event notices
- Clogging news from your area
- Photos
- Cue-sheets of your original choreography
- And anything other clogging-related news you’d like to contribute
Upcoming event listings and On The Beat submissions are accepted at any time.
Submission Deadlines
- January-February Issue: Deadline is December 15
- March-April Issue: Deadline is February 15
- May-June Issue: Deadline is April 15
- July-August Issue: Deadline is June 15
- September-October Issue: Deadline is August 15
- November-December Issue: Deadline is October 15
Preferred Submission Methods:
- Send submissions to the editor.
- Send news items either via postal mail, or attach text files to e-mail (Microsoft Word, WordPad, or Notepad formats preferred).
- High-quality images (attached to e-mail) are preferred, but original photos (sent via postal mail) can also be used.
- Please send a SASE for materials you wish to be returned.
NOTE: CLOG Today reserves the right to use, edit, or withhold from publication any material submitted.
Entries in the Upcoming Events Calendar are listed free-of-charge. Other advertising options are also available via the CLOG Today Ad Form.
